You need to provide more information.... What is the full canonical name in the User ID that was restored? Does it match the full canoncica name in the ACL for whatever database he/she is trying to access (this is most likely the problem... And an update to the ACL or restore the correct ID is most likely the resolution.). Or are you getting encryption error messages?:
It is always best to post the exact text of the error message and as many other accurate details of the issue (feel free to substitute fake "John Doe" names for real names). You are much more likely to get a timely response with this approach...
